data we collect and why

orders — name, email, phone number, full shipping address, ordered items (size, quantity), amounts and order reference. purpose: processing and delivering your order and handling exchanges. legal basis: performance of the contract.

customer account (optional) — email address and password, or your google identity if you choose to sign in with google. purpose: giving you access to your account. legal basis: performance of the contract.

emails you send us — the content of your message and your address, to answer you. legal basis: legitimate interest.

card details are entered directly on stripe's secure payment page; open heart never receives your full card number.

recipients and processors

stripe (online payment), lovable (website hosting and database) and google (only if you sign in with google). your data is never sold. [to be completed by the publisher: list of transfers outside the european union and the safeguards used]

cookies and browser storage

this site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. it only stores in your browser what is needed for it to work: your bag, your sign-in session if you have an account, and whether you have already seen the cookie notice and the newsletter window. these items are strictly necessary and do not require consent. fonts are served from this site, without calling third parties. the stripe payment page, opened only when you pay, applies its own policy.

your rights

you can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability, by writing to co.openheart@outlook.com. you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country or of luxembourg (cnpd).
